On line application system (Fall 2010)   (avalible from Jan. 27, 2010)

Application deadline: 

 

English speaking programs with NTUST scholarship : March 31. 2010

 

Other programs : May 31, 2010

 

 However, late applications 3rd stage may be processed for next semester due to the time restrictions for applicant's visa application or documentation authentication procedures (normally takes at least several weeks to two months) and NTUST final review schedule.

 

 


Application procedures:

 1. Enter your personal information and the program you plan to study on line.

 2. Make sure all the information is correct, then press "submit" to confirmation page and  print out the application form, declaration, authorization, and cover page by system. 

 3. Sign you name on the completed application form, declaration, and authorization.

 4. Send the above and other required documents (please refer to application guideline for details) by using the printed cover page to the department you plan to apply of NTUST before deadline.

 
** Please Allow appox. 2 weeks of post delivery time.  Afterwards, re-log in to view whether your application documents has been received.    The student who complete on line application but fail to send the application documents by postal mail to NTUST will be regarded as giving up.

** The paper application forms are no longer available.  Applicants who do not apply on line and send outdated paper application forms from previous years will not be processed for admission review.)

 

 

Required documents:

  (1)  Application form, declaration, and authorization

  (2) One copy of passport or I.D.

  (3) One official copy of diploma and transcript authenticated by ROC (Taiwan) embassy abroad.

  (4) One financial statement authenticated by ROC (Taiwan) embassy abroad.

  (5) Two letters of recommendation

  (6) Study plan in English (around 300 words)
